We prepare our teams to recognize hazards and address them before they impact anyone's well-being. Safety is not a checklist, it's a continuous mindset and open discussion on every jobsite. Because conditions often change, every team member has full Stop Work Authority. At any time, for any reason, anyone can halt operations. The team then evaluates the hazard, determines solutions, and ensures it is resolved before work resumes.

Frazier Civil meets the highest safety standards our customers require and we hold ourselves to those same expectations. Protecting our people is not just a requirement, it's our responsibility.

We provide in-house training in PEC Basic, H2S, excavation and trenching, Hazard Communication Standards, and first aid/CPR, along with ongoing opportunities for continued safety education.
