Jace has been raised in the construction industry, with the passion for progression. Jace began his career shoveling and learning from the bottom. Gaining knowledge, being a doer and delivering results. Jace enjoys spending time with his wife Sydney, son Haiden, and riding dirt bikes.

Tyler, a construction owner with 27+ years in civil and building industries, has led diverse projects including commercial buildings, banks, medical facilities, warehouses, and large-scale site developments, fostering strong local partnerships. Outside work, he values family and enjoys flying, golfing, boating, skiing Idaho's mountains, and riding dirt bikes.

Ryan brings 30+ years of accounting and management experience across civil engineering, real estate, and commercial insurance. He thrives on problem-solving, detail work, and collaboration. Outside of work, he enjoys music, playing guitar, off-roading, and spending time with family.
